MY APPROACHI approach therapy and relational work through a thoughtful, emotionally focused, and insight-oriented lens.
My work is grounded in helping people slow down enough to better understand themselves, their emotional patterns, and the ways those patterns shape communication, intimacy, and connection within relationships. I do not believe meaningful relational work comes from performance, perfection, or quick fixes. I believe lasting change often begins with emotional awareness, honesty, vulnerability, and the ability to feel more deeply understood — both by ourselves and by the people closest to us. |
Working With Me |
Many of the individuals and couples I work with are thoughtful, self-aware people who still find themselves struggling with emotional distance, communication difficulties, intimacy concerns, recurring relational patterns, or feeling disconnected within their relationships.
My approach is collaborative, emotionally grounded, and nonjudgmental. I aim to create a space where people feel emotionally safe enough to explore difficult conversations, relational patterns, vulnerability, intimacy, and connection with greater clarity and self-awareness. |
Beyond Clinical Work |
Alongside my clinical work, I write, teach, and create educational content centered around emotional intimacy, communication, relational dynamics, and connection.
My work includes books, educational resources, speaking engagements, workshops, and conversations designed to help people better understand relationships, emotional intimacy, and relational awareness. |
Who This Space Tends to Serve WellThis work often resonates if you:

This May Not Be the Right Space If
If that’s the case, I’m always glad to help point you toward appropriate support. |
I offer both therapy and intimacy coaching depending on your needs and goals. |
Therapy supports deeper emotional and clinical work within a therapeutic framework, while intimacy coaching offers focused, non-clinical support surrounding intimacy, connection, desire, and relational patterns.
You do not need to know which approach feels most appropriate before reaching out — clarity often develops through conversation. If you’re ready to begin exploring healthier ways of relating, I’d be honored to support you.
No pressure. Just a conversation.
